How long does it take to get an account setup?
Once you submit our account request form, one of our consultants will contact you to complete the process. Generally, you'll be up and running within two business days.



Why do I have to go through a consultant?
All of our company's other products provide automatic and instantaneous sign-up processes, but Mailout Magic is different for two reasons.
  1. We are very cautious about spam and we require the manual step to ensure that our users are serious and also willing to agree to our anti-spam policy.

  2. We want to help you get a design for your emails on Mailout Magic and working directly with us is the best way we can get you up and running quickly.



What about support?
Mailout Magic has a great deal of helpful information built into the system and accessible through the "help" button at the upper right when you're inside your account. In addition, you can email us with questions or problems at support@mailoutmagic.com.



How does Mailout Magic integrate with my website?
There are two main ways. First, you can put simple forms on your website to allow visitors to subscribe to your email lists. Second, you can automatically display all of your past email newsletters so that website visitors can see them. This display is handled automatically.



Can my newsletter look like my website?
It sure can. We design and set up a newsletter template which complements your existing branding beautifully.



Why would I pay to send my email newsletter? ... Can't I just use Outlook?
This one is easy - for the reports and our ability to get your emails delivered. Mailout Magic provides invaluable feedback and data that you can use for reports, for understanding your audience better or even to help refine your marketing strategy. Mailout Magic also provides you with a sign-up form, perfect to place on your home page!

Also, there's nothing more frustrating than sending off that perfect campaign and then ending up in your recipient's spam folder. Behind the scenes we go to great lengths to ensure that you can rely on us to get your emails delivered..



Are there any hidden fees?
No, there are no hidden fees. There is no account setup or monthly access fee, which some service providers charge. You only pay for what you use. USD $25 per campaign delivery fee + 4 cents per subscriber. That's it!



Am I locked into using you guys to design our template?
No, not at all. If you already have a designer, that is fine. We will provide special 'tags' that can be placed into the HTML email design by your designer.



How is our subscriber list managed?
We provide you, as part of our service, with a subscriber form that you can place on your web page. We will also host your subscriber list as part of our service. However we recommend you keep a backup copy of your subscriber list. There is a list export function in Mailout Magic.



What if I want to stop using Mailout Magic?
For whatever reason you may have for wanting to stop using the Mailout Magic service, you simply export your subscriber list and that's it!  We will automatically remove any account that has been inactive for more than 12 months.
